Review: Pretty cheap material but decent costume piece - I bought this to go with an Indian Jones style costume and it certainly fits the bill but it's very cheaply made and feels it. The coiled whip wouldn't really "coil" nicely because the material had sort of kinked in a couple of places in the packaging so it took a fair amount of bending and manipulation to get it to looks somewhat decent. The end of the whip, or tip, consists of some large "frayed" bits that are just the woven pleather ends. This is fine but the underside of the material is that sort of white-ish cottony stuff and is a bit more noticeable than I would have liked. It immediately detracts even further from the visual quality of the prop. The handle section feels as though it's just a lightweight piece of foam in the core. Overall it could be priced a little lower for the quality but it gets the job done.

good for a costume/prop
Nowhere near the best whip I've had, but it worked in a pinch for a costume prop, as intended. Tried a few flicks to see if I could make it pop, but was unsucessful. But, you're buying this as a prop, so... enjoy! Not confident on the build quality, feels a bit flimsy/loose, hence the 4 stars.

Cheaply made
This was cheaply made - my 12 year old son "whipped" it around a few times and it started to fall apart. We had to tape the end in hopes of lasting all of Halloween.

Great for an Indiana Jones costume
It's very light weight and has a loop at the end to make it easier to hold. We had a hard time figuring out how to hold/transport it but we ended up attaching it by a carabiner to my sons pants.

Costume Accessory Only
I gave this whip 2 stars because it looks decent as a costume accessory, but it didn’t hold up well with actual use. The faux leather appearance works fine for the aesthetic and can complete a costume or display look. The main issue was durability. It started falling apart pretty quickly after being used, which was disappointing. If you’re buying it mainly as a prop and don’t plan to handle it much, it may work well enough for appearance purposes. If you expect something functional or long-lasting, this probably isn’t the right choice. Best suited as a visual accessory rather than something meant for regular use.

Cheaply made
Even if it is just a prop and it was only $15, they could have made it from better quality material. Deeply disappointed and I think my Grandson will be as well 😔
