Arrived n nice Prime box. Opened the box and there was the box with the tree. It was beaten up, taped round and side to side many times. After straightening branches..quite the job. It was supposed to b pretty lit. One round at the bottom branches of lights. We bought more strands of lights and kept the tree. We kept it bc of the pain it was to put up. It would involve taking down waiting for new tree and putting it up. Don't recommend shipping kept. Tree is beautiful.

Beautiful tree with different light modes. Can you please add a remote for the different light modes? So customers can change at will. We found it difficult to change the light modes because one would have to get to the adapter that is already plugged into power to be able to change to the light modes you want. Was not a comfortable experience doing that. All in all, it was a nice tree and the fake snow stuck on it and didn’t fade.

Im so sad with this purchase. The pictures are totally different compared to the tree I got, those pictures need to be more realistic and unfortunately not time to refund because it’s for a party tomorrow. So so sad!! First time I have this situation with Amazon.

Best tree I owned

This is a great little tree . Great price . Just like any product, it doesn't look like the picture but the outcome is amazing enough if you take the time to fluff the tree and make sure the branches are in places that make the tree look full... Lights are cute too. They dance and pulse... After all , great buy!!! Thanks amazon.

Very flocked tree. Full nice shaped tree,holds ornaments well.easy to assemble. Light sequences don't stay as selected,a remote would be helpful as switch not easily accessible.

This tree doesn't look like the picture at all. Im somewhat disappointed. The branches aren't even shaped the same. I wished they showed a picture that represented the item. I'm a little disappointed

Très beau sapin! Je suis satisfaite du produit, bien prendre le temps de placer les branches et il devient le sapin parfait pour Noël ☺️ La neige sur les branches fait beaucoup de dégâts mais c’est magnifique et sa se nettoie bien!😌

Messy to put up! Thankful for the gloves in the box!!! Looked pretty once fluffed up!!
