Don let the negative reviews scare you, took me less time to install than it did them to write there reviews. The power strip came with all the hardware needed and was complete. Instructions are worth reading, I found install videos on YouTube and had it figured out before even getting the product. Very low profile, hidden by my kitchen cabinets, lots of outlets and no more outlets on my backsplash is amazing. Definitely worth getting to fancy up the kitchen

This stuff is great when adding receptacles and circuits in hard to reach or older areas. As a 30 plus years retired, union, journeyman, electrician, I've used a ton of plug mold and plug mold products. And, they make a device for any job that you can think of.

Worked great. I cut these to fit underneath my upper cabinets and hardwired them in and because they are so thin you cannot see them from the rest of the kitchen.

Just what I needed to add more receptacle to island

These were great for under my upper kitchen cabinets. The electrician stubbed out the leads just under the upper cabinets so my backsplash is clear, with no switches or visible plugs. You can shorten then with a hacksaw is they are too long. Instructions tell you how. Great product.

I am a carpenter who has done extensive wiring to code in every house I have owned. Installed many light fixtures, recessed lights, breakers etc. I decided to redo my kitchen backsplash to glass tile and move the outlets up into a plug mold/wiremold strip mounted on the cabinet above. In order for these outlet strips to be code compliant they have to be 20 amp GFCI protected. So in order to do this I had to put a GFCI outlet in the cabinets above and then wire the plug mold off of that outlet. Why don't they make a GFCI plug mold!? They do but it is very expensive and very hard to find! Installing these plug mold strips is an absolute bear. They do not make the strips wide enough to accommodate the wiring needed. I understand they are trying to keep the profile very slim (1"or so) but they could easily make it slightly wider so that the wiring could fit inside without fighting with it for hours! Since this is a nice kitchen and not a workshop the bulky end feed fittings were not an option. Feeding the wire in the middle of the strip requires wiring the white and black to one end and the green to another end. Cutting the wires to exactly the correct length (difficult) so there is not too much wire to cram into the tiny space available. The connectors they provide are equally a pain to use - difficult to get them to engage - taking multiple tries and a great deal of time. One you have the wires cut and connected you then have to try to get the wires onto these lousy plastic clips on either side of the plugs (because there is no other space for them!) Hold the three wires on either side of the plugs and then rubber mallet the plug face plate onto the backplate. Have to do this without pinching any of the wires and dealing with the bulk of the cable entering the plug mold. Not a well engineered product at all and a royal pain. It took me approximately 2 1/2 hours per plug mold to get it done! They look and work great but what a pain. Unfortunately there really is no good alternative that is as low profile and cost effective. LeGrand please reengineer this thing and make it better! Or make your other under cabinet system less bulky, ugly and expensive!

Love this! Allows me to plug in my small appliances anywhere on my counters rather than having to find outlet within reach!

I bought this extension outlet to get a beautiful power strip for my kitchen I follow up instruction and hammer it as it suppose to and never worked and this design is the worse I ever seen for any kind of people. Believe me this is the first time I lost money buying from Amazon something is useless!!! DO NOT BUY IT AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROBLEM AND FRUSTRATION!
