For all those complaining about the quality ….if you are a restaurant owner, manager, or even have any experience at all….these things have to emptied, cleaned and refilled with fresh water daily. You can’t let the water run low and expect to burn it on high heat continuously. Once the food reaches temperature, you turn it on medium. Common sense.

Great for our office not sure it could be used every day but very good price for almost commercial product.

To be perfectly clear from the start, to save a few dollars I ordered the Returned/Refurbished options. We ordered 2 units. Our VFW needed a couple for upcoming events and frankly this type of equipment never lives long without picking up a dent or two. The first unit arrived in a bit of a damaged box as I expected. Small dent in the back but did not see any signs of prior use. Second unit's box was less damaged. Pulling the unit out of the box a rubber foot was missing. The foot was in the packaging and after a couple minutes and removing the bottom cover, I fished out the nut that was supposed to hold the foot and reconnected the foot. Quick fix. This unit had also never been used. -1 Star - The missing rubber foot would appear to be an a assembly issue at the factory with a fastener no being properly tightened (one other foot was loose as well) As for the units function - GREAT. These are not your parent's simple roaster from the big box store. We use them commercially because the heat up VERY fast, hold temperature well, and clean up easily. These units do cost more than that home roaster but well worth it. These are standard size so 1 full hotel pan, 2 half pans, etc. I would order divider bars if you used less that a full pan. These units do not come with pans.

Great steam table, easy to clean, holds heat extremely well, performs all day.

The feet that hold the equipment up aren't secured correctly, so you'll have a lopsided steam table and it has happened to both I have purchased, so it's not just a a one time error.
