What does the nutrition label say? Why isn’t it posted here? What are you hiding?

I don't know why they didn't post it. There is nothing I see that needs hiding. I buy this because it is less calories. 110 calories per 2 oz serving, which is 1/6 of the container. I took a photo of the nutrition label but the answer box won't let me post it here nor the video box.

Is it packaged as slices or as one big bulk?

It is one solid block of Spam. Very easy to slice.

expiration darte on can?

3 to 5 years past the sell by date, as long as the can and contents don’t look dented or bad.

how do you get it out of the can without tearing it up? want for musubi. I had to cut mine up.
