We travel frequently and I don't want to drop my phone which I use as my only camera in exotic locales, not to mention keeping my hands free for climbing into boats, hiking with walking sticks etc. . The gear beast lanyard works like a charm and is so easy to take on and off. On a recent trip to China, even our tour guide wanted to get one! It easily fits my iphone 7 and my husband's larger plus size iphone. I would not travel without one !!

This is what happened straight out of the package when putting it on my Note 9. Tried to salvage and use it anyway by attatching the lanyard through another opening and I almost lost my phone. Definitely not worth risking failure.

Liked the older version much better. This one is difficult to stretch over the phone. Hoping that it won't break as easily as the old one since the corner bands no longer meet at one spot in the middle, but stretching harder might mean breaking faster. Fingerprint space is a nice idea, but doesn't match up with Pixel 3. I don't like the new thick ribbon lanyard either. I prefer the old thin silicone strap, which was less visible and more comfortable than this big plastic clasp on the back of my neck. I'm sad to say, this might be my last gearbeast purchase. The card holder is still a good feature. I also didn't get the discount I checked off.

I don't use this a lot because of the wide strap around my neck. It doesn't hurt, but for me it's a little uncomfortable. When I use it, I put it around my head and one shoulder and that works great. I put my iPhone in it upside down so I can see the phone right side up when I look at it. Very easy to put on and take off phone. I got a pink color that makes it easy to see where my phone is. When working on projects or cooking in the kitchen, I hang it on a cupboard knob or handle. I'm glad I bought it.

This holder doesn't work well for my Samsung Galaxy S10e only because of 2 reasons...1. Camera is blocked by part of the silicone.2. Bixby button accidentally pressed a lot because of the silicone strap going overtop of it. (I hate the bixby button!)I have the green silicone with the silicone neck strap and while I prefer the "clear"/white version better especially because of the better cloth-like lanyard, I ended up putting the two products together. Green holder with cloth lanyard. I'll give the clear one to a friend who has his own lanyard.

Disconnects in normal use. Was lucky to catch my new phone before it hit the pavement. Don't know if this was a design flaw or a defective part. Attempt to contact GB for a replacement part was unsuccessful. Very unsatisfactory experience all the way round.

So, my daughter dropped her Samsung S8+ through the bleachers at a football game. The Symmetry Series Otterbox case saved the phone, but the screen protector smashed. We ordered this harness, hoping that it would install over the Symmetry series case. It does, just barely. So, she can keep her desired case, but with this harness, she can hang it around her neck for football games. We like this design because it doesn't block the back camera like many do. Works great.

I was looking for a way to keep my phone handy since we discontinued our "land line". The strap doesn't hurt my neck, but I wouldn't say it is comfortable either. I'm not crazy about the phone swinging around when I move, but so far I don't know how else to keep the phone in reach!

We have only had the cellphone holder and lanyard for a week but it seems great
