These are really good on their own in sparkling water or seltzer. They mix well with other flavors to create nice mocktails. I have always liked the original and now I like the berry as well. These were packaged very well protected and arrived in great condition.

Ghia Apéritif is a game changer for anyone seeking a sophisticated, non-alcoholic option that truly captures the complexity of a classic bitter aperitif. Its sweetness level is refreshingly low, just enough to balance the botanicals, while the bitterness is pronounced and complex, drawing comparisons to high-end Italian bitters like Campari or Cynar, but without the harsh burn of alcohol. It's incredibly easy to mix, creating an instantly satisfying Spritz (2 oz Ghia + 4 oz soda), and is highly versatile for creative cocktails with ginger beer or tonic. The product's premium feel is backed by superior quality ingredients and stunning, heavy-bottle packaging that looks fantastic on a bar cart. Crucially, the nutritional profile is a huge selling point, with minimal sugar and only 5 calories per serving, making it easy to enjoy a Ghia Spritz most nights of the week without a second thought. Highly recommended

This is my favorite go-to for a mocktail. It has a very bitter, sharp taste, which I love. If you don’t like that, mix it with a sweeter bubbles like sprite or an orange drink. Ginger ale is also good. I like to use Ginger Beer.

One of the constant problems with wanting to live with little or no alcohol in our lives is the battle against sweet drinks as the only option. Ghia presents an amazing alternative mixer as it has a wonderful depth of botanical flavor and none of the cloying sweetness that comes from so many other alt mixers. We received our order of Ghia quickly, with wonderful sustainable packaging that protected the product and offered a great "display". Despite what we have read in some reviews, we had no issues with the cork- maybe it was from their reviews that we opened it gently, so thank you for that! :-) It is a mixer, so we did try a little bit of Ghia on its own, just to determine the strength and how we wanted to approach it. By itself, it is quite bitter and potent in flavor, but we could instantly tell that it would mix well in a variety of options. We tried it with soda water for a light sipper (2oz Ghia to 3oz soda water), mixed it in the same ratio with N/A sparkling white wine (Chateau-ish), and tried our hand at a cocktail using typical punch cocktail ratios: 1 part Fresh Lemon, 2 parts Honey Syrup, 3 parts Ghia and topped with 4 parts Green Tea where Ghia was in place of the alcohol. Garnished with an orange slice and some fresh basil. It was a lovely sipper for a nice garden dinner! Excited to keep experimenting with this lovely botanical mixer and looking forward to a new world of fresh N/A drinks to explore. Thanks Ghia!

Absolutely love Ghia - there is nothing wrong with the product. However, when purchasing from Amazon, I received a bottle with a broken seal and the cork not completely plugged (I pushed it back in before taking the photo). Since Amazon doesn't provide an easy route to return or receive a replacement, I'm left having paid over $70 for one bottle I feel comfortable drinking and another I'm inclined to throw away. I'll purchase elsewhere moving forward.
