I plan to put 2 of these fans under my gpu to cool it down, will it break my gpu? thanks

Your gpu fans exhaust the heat from card into your case so if you put an intake fan opposite your gpu, you are pushing hot air back to it. I wouldn’t recommend it, but maybe I misunderstood the positioning of it. If the fan is located in the front of the case as intake and pushing cold air towards your gpu, this will help fresh air reach it and push hot air out from exhausting fans.

Does this not just come in a all black with 8 rubber black edges, not wanting the gasket or other colours? seems like waste

They only come with 4 rubber edges. because they don't need to go on both sides as one side is being screwed into and so it would break the rubber. But you can buy a pack of black ones if you want to but you will always get the other colors alongside it.

Can I use these instead of the current fans in both my deepcool 240 aio radiator and the fans that came with my aorus 3080 waterforce gpu.

Yes, you can. However, you will lose the RGB lighting from the Aorus, if that matters to you.
