Will this board supply power back to the Raspberry Pi through the 50 pin connector?

Yes, the board has a step down converter (MP2403) that powers the Pi through the GPIO connector (which is 40 pins...) I power mine with a 19v laptop supply and it works very well.

How does this interface with the pi? i2c/spi something else?

Will not be used with pi. need to know which pins accept i2s input. can i download user manual?
