These are very good test strips....I received them SUPER FAST which was much appreciated! I had gotten the Max meter for free a few years back and it has held up very well and the test strips are very reasonably priced.

Got these when first going on a KETO life style then switched to a meter. OK iff you want to try out KETO but a meter is the only way to go in the long run. Tip: To break out of a sugar trap, go on a 3-day fast. It will switch you from a sugar based diet to a fat based diet. You lose the hunger pains that are characteristic of a sugar diet. If you try the slow road, it just drags the switch out, making it painful. Do you know that refined sugar and corn syrup are the worst things you can put in your body?
