It was delivered on time, (after I called and complained about the delay!) and came nicely packaged. It came with a duffel bag - not sure why as I am not going to be traveling with it, but I guess if I quit using it, it will be a nice to store the comforter in. It is light weight and looks very nice. I thought it would be a little "puffier." According to the description and the directions that came with it, once you remove it from the sealed bag, shake it (or put it in a commercial drier) and let it sit for a day or two and it will puff up, but after several days it is about half as thick as the picture shows. Not a big deal and definitely not worth going to a laundry mat to put it in a commercial drier. I did end up using a duvet cover to protect it. The comforter replaced two quilts, and it is still warm.
