Best thing I’ve come across for Hot flashes.. I haven’t had one since I been drinking it

It's a really good Tea & gentle on the stomach. I added honey to mine :-)

This is my 3rd time ordering the Black Cohosh tea! It's fabulous with fresh local honey! I use it for menstrual cramp relief and uterine relaxation. I also utilize if I'm feeling constipated during certain times of the month within my menstrual cycle to simply loosen up any unnecessary muscle tension down there in the nether regions! 🤣

I can't tell you if this herb works in tea form, because the taste is so bitter when made correctly for medicinal purposes (boiled 20+ minutes), I couldn't make myself drink it, no matter how I sweetened or flavored it. As a steeped tea, it's pleasant enough, kind of carroty with a slight licorice undertone. However, I can say that black cohosh itself (in capsule form) does seem to work for me for hot flashes, even the very first day I use it. I can tell if I miss it in the morning, because I will have much more frequent and severe hot flashes. I just wish the root in boiled form didn't taste so bad. Imagine pulling up a weed, smelling the smell of the roots, the dirt, the earthworms, the bugs. Now take a bite.

I drink tea every day, so drinking black cohosh tea is an easy way to prevent myself from experiencing menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes. I am 58 yrs old, and have not had any symptoms unless I go without cohosh for a long period of time. I've been using cohosh for over 20 years. Add another flavor tea bag to enhance the flavor if necessary.

I bought this tea for my hubby, and he says it has a shocking and bitter taste. But is working for him.

My wife bought this - she said it makes her feel funny and smells terrible.

So I have been working on healing my womb, due to years of painful mensuration ( ever since I started )I find that this tea, along with Red Raspberry, Dong Quai & Yarrow - starting 5-7 days BEFORE I start ( super important to drink beforehand so that it is already in system) along with the first 3 days of menstrating, helps TREMENDOUSLY! I also like to add Cramp Bark, Chamomile + Ginger 1-2 days before + 1-2 days of for ADDED support, with daily Wild Yam ( starting 5-7 days before + first 3 days)
