Great product..non fortified yeast👌 Adding 1tsp soup or my flat bread/roti flour..is easy I sprinkle it on my son's pasta also..natural vitamin B is always welcome.

Obviously, the best source of most of the B vitamins in their full respective complexes. I've tried a few other brands and this wins hands-down on flavour. Getting off the Metformin once and for all and controlling my blood sugars through diet and exercise alone. No carbs or sugar and minimal protein or fats from animal sources so I need to source nutrients and amino acids via supplements. This gives you a good spread of the above nutrients, plus a good hit of protein, but not enough to take you out of ketosis. Makes a pretty good cheese sauce too. Yes, it's a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for. The value is in it's quality and this is a quality product that'll have a permanent place in my cupboard from now on.

I really like this product, its sad that it is not in every grocery store its a staple product. Its a bit pricy but I will still repurchase if i have to...

Mit Abstand das beste Produkt, das ich je probiert habe in Form von Hefeflocken. Außerdem schmeckt es echt lecker nach Käse. Ich wollte die natürliche Art der B Vitamine vor allem weil ich viel Stress hatte und nach ein paar Wochen der Einnahme bin ich schon viel ruhiger und gelassener geworden. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und werde mir bestimmt nochmal eine Packung betellen!
