Sorry. I do have an update. I lost track of how many times I cleaned my tub with a scrubby brush and cleaner, but these things held during the cleaning process and after. They're still in my tub and holding on.I bought these a couple of months ago and finally got around to putting them in the tub.I've taken two showers since I put these in, and they seem to be holding pretty well so far. (For reference it is a porcelain tub.)As part of the installation process, I added a couple of steps to really try to make sure they really adhere to the bottom of the tub. I did absolutely do this when the tub was completely dry.The first variation was that I pressed hard over the top of each one after I had placed all of them on the tub floor. I didn't just use my hands to press them down; I had an extra one of those plastic scraper things used for helping clean out cast iron cookware or stoneware. The motion was that I started in the middle of each strip and worked my way towards the edges. (It was similar to applying a screen protector to a phone with that tiny plastic thing that sometimes comes with them.)The other step was after all of them were in place, I didn't use the tub for 24 hours.I know 2 showers isn't much info yet to write about them, but I'll try to remember to update in 3 month intervals to show how these hold up over time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice! *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 7, 2018* I was looking for a bathtub mat because my tub is really, really slippery, but they all have suction cups and can't be used on a textured tub. Mine is just very lightly textured. Then I came across this item and thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! It works nicely in my tub, and I'm no longer terrified to take a shower. Plus it won't leave those gross suction cup marks on the bottom of my tub. I don't know how long it will last, but the roll is plenty long in case I need to replace it, plus the price is very reasonable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They WORK! *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 3, 2019* The process: After thoroughly cleaning the tub, I wiped it down with alcohol. Tape PREP: I cut a 1" wide x 30" long spacer out of cardboard (this will be used to provide a space between stickers during installation). After a little bit of work rounding both ends, I spaced all stickers out on the bottom of the tub to locate my first sticker. Application Step-1: I removed about 10" of the non-stick material and began the install (removing more as I went along until fully laid). Step-2: I positioned the 1" spacer I made, repeating the first step, Until the job was completed.Step-3: using a plastic credit card, I rubbed the tape to remove air bubbles.COMMENT: It was a bit tedious, but from start to finish, it took about 10 min to complete.NOTE: Make sure you fingers are perfectly clean, if not, the glue on the sticker will clean them for you, leaving BLACK fingerprints that won't come off.All-in-all, it was a good experience and they work wonderfully.
