I have another book by this author and she is great. Many middle eastern recipes but not all are the straight traditional interpretation. She does branch out into modern twists. With this book you could make a meal of sharing menus for your friends.

Haven't cooked anything from this cookbook yet but the recipes look AMAZING! Very Mediterranean, healthy, plenty of vegetables & vegetarian friendly!

This book is amazing, I love every recipe. Its easy and fast and so inspirational.

Beautiful book with great recipes!

I was really excited to add this cookbook to my collection after it was recommended by a good friend. I rated it a 2 star because the book was damaged. The binding has a tear and is pretty close to falling apart. Other than that, I would have rated it a 5.

I loved the book from the day it arrived, it has a very beautiful and catchy theme to it ..... However when you get to cooking which I did... A 4 course meal.. the recipes are a disaster.... Eg "cook the onion for 10-15 min!!". The recipe mentions ingredient quantity for 10-12 Kibeh, when actually it can make around 30-40 Kibeh. Overall, award winning chef and very poor recipes.. Would not recommend.

Easy, tasty, enjoyable and refreshing recipes. It’s my first middle eastern recipe book and I couldn’t be happier. Pictures of every dish, great explanations, good portions. Can’t say anything wrong about it
