Quite Effective!
I used this primarily for the manganese. I was taking two a day and it did raise my manganese levels intracellularly after testing. I’m now taking three a day and will retest in a couple of months to see if I need to reduce or maintain the dose. I wish it was in a capsule though. I wish the manufacturer can consider offering a version in capsules.
