Ho dovuto aspettare qualche giorno per ricevere le scarpe che ha comprato mio marito nonostante uso il servizio Amazon prime. Le scarpe sono vendute da privato e non da Amazon. Sono risultate difettose ( la suola di una scarpa staccata). Facendo subito il reso abbiamo dovuto mandare indietro le scarpe, contattare il venditore, inviare le foto delle scarpe diffetose sempre tramite l'applicazione di Amazon. Il venditore mi faceva delle domande del tipo " in che senso diffetose?". Abbiamo allegato foto e spiegazioni. Dopo circa 2 settimane dal reso abbiamo avuto un rimborso. Le scarpe non erano usate! Erano nuove ma con la suola completamente scollata. Io metto una stella perché una perdita di tempo. Uno prima di spedire un prodotto può anche aprire la scatola e controllare cosa sta invitando!
