Excellent product! Far better than I expected. The build quality is near flawless and the design is ingenious. The whole thing easily fits together like a puzzle. Just be sure your floor is flat and level. I’ve used it many times over the last three months. It takes around 20 minutes to heat up to 120° and then gets to about 135° during the 20 minutes I’m sitting in it. It’s wonderful! The Wi-Fi speakers are perfect for sound bath playlists. I’m using the cupholder for essential oils. I also covered the light with a piece of red gel filter – the white light is very unpleasant. Sitting on a towel is not only a good idea but also necessary because the seat gets hot. I’m not sure if the infrared is working it’s magic or not, but the heat sure feels good. My favorite purchase in recent memory.

Hello! This sauna is very nice! Very solid! Assembly was easy panels are heavier than the previous sauna that we ordered. The first one was jnh sauna I don’t recommend it, was more money and half the quality! This one heats up quick gets to 150 degrees and u sweat like crazy. The door seals very nice and feels solid. The Bluetooth for speakers works great and actually sounds really good. The lighting inside is very cool fully adjustable bunch of different colors. It is full spectrum inferred ! The control panel changes from Celsius to Fahrenheit and shows you the actual temperature inside as well. Came with cup holders for inside! Also towel rack on the outside. My only compliments is the way it was shipped came in 3 cardboard boxes standing up right on a half busted skid with plastic wrap holding them up right. I used my tractor to unload skid and had to have truck driver hold them from tipping over. I expected to see broken parts but luckily evething was good! I attached a video for you to see It up and running. We’ve been using it for a month now , and still loving it. U won’t disappointed in this one. Well worth the the cost.

Just got it delivered. Install was pretty easy, only messed up because i skipped a step… I was able to do it solo. Got a quick session in before work and I was impressed with how quickly it got to a temp where i was sweating. It is on the compact size so getting in a simple toe touch stretch isnt possible. Theres only enough room for you to sit in it. The light is a nice touch and the control panel is easy too. Looking forward to connecting via usb and listening to a podcast while I sweat.

Love my sauna, I’ve been using it every day since. The instructions were lacking, but not terrible. Would recommend this product to anyone looking for a solid sauna

We are really impressed with this Sauna. We feel that the quality is very high and that it is a great value for the money. The heat level gets to 150 degrees as advertised. The full spectrum infrared and the red light therapy are exactly what we were looking for. I was a little skeptical on this all running on 120 but it really works great. It arrived sooner than expected and the distributor informed us of order receipt, shipping date and gave us contact information if we had any issues. I put it together myself in about two hours with minor issues aligning the front face, mainly due to installing it by myself and the tongue and groove fit. It’s a beautiful addition to our home and we are very pleased with it. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful and well made sauna. Putting it together was a little challenging but if you have a little common sense, you’ll figure it out. Just know when you’re installing the glass on the sides you need to remove a piece on each side of trim so the glass will slide in and you might have a few screws left over but I think they give you extra anyway the instruction manual is a little bit to be desired but when we completed the assembly the sauna worked perfectly and looks beautiful. Also, presidency they packed it really well for shipping, so there was no damage to the pallet and boxes and I received it on time.. if you look at saunas at your local stores there were some 10 and $15,000 for approximately the same thing just may be a little fancier. The price on this was very affordable and will do the same job.

Dont buy! I hired an electrician to install a 20/30 amp breaker,& a dedicated 20 amp outlet. Paid a contractor to build & with the electrician. There must be a short in the electronic as it wont work. SWHSE has no contact information & no customer service phone line or email. I truly wanted this sauna to be a help for my husband's health. Big Disappointment 😞

Just got it last week and have been using it for 3 days now and it's amazing! It heats up to 150 degrees in about 20-25mins and is very spacious and good quality wood. My husband spent about 3hrs building it by himself but the instructions were very straightforward with pictures included. I do a 15min session once a day and by 2mins in I can already feel the perspiration and by 5mins in, I can see the sweat dripping down my arms. So far, we are loving the medical grade red-light therapy! I do plan to buy some accessories such as a back rest because it is too hot to rest on where the back heat comes from. I'll update this review in a couple months to see how it holds up.
