Awful power bank charger. Turned off optimised charging on my iPhone air and left for 30 minutes. The battery charge fell from 72% to 70% with the pack attached and ‘charging’. Estimated time to 80% was 11 minutes. It didn’t even make it in 30 mins! Will be returning. The only good thing was the MagSafe attachment was good.

Despite the price. It’s a solid power bank. Quick to charge up. But also has fast wireless charging and wired charging. Best to use with a MagSafe case or naked iPhone. I did use it with a slim non MagSafe case and wireless charging still worked. Being a 10kmah the charger has a little bit of weight and is a bit thick but it is manageable to hold. I bought this as I had a long trip by train thinking I would not use it again but as it’s wireless charging I use it regularly when working. Despite it feeling a chunky it can easily fit in you pocket so great for when your out and about. You have a led light to show how much power is left in the charger. The charger can charge my iPhone twice before dying. Item is well made feels great to hold as it has a soft rubbery material. Comes with a carry pouch and a usc c cable. Being anker. Quality is very good if not the best at present. I bought it for £69.99 as I was in a pinch but Anker products go on sale regularly on Amazon sales and I saw it for £49.99 which for the quality is a steal.

I always buy Anker products and have been happy with them but this is terrible. It is not charging my iPhone properly, I get 40-50% charge at best. It’s a shame because it’s light, thin (which is why I needed this one) and matches the colour of my iPhone perfectly. I’m just not happy with the performance for an Anker product. Maybe I have a dud that’s not working properly but I will have to return it as it is no use to me without giving me a good charge for my phone. It’s a shame you don’t get the option to exchange rather than return for a refund anymore as I got this on the prime deal, in case it’s just this particular power bank. Edit; Anker reached out to me said they would refund me for this which I accepted. The next day they took that back asking me questions I had already set in my review. While I was waiting for the refund time ran out for me to then send this back through Amazon refunds as I was planning to do, the date has now passed while I was waiting for them to get back to me. I complained about the fact I cannot send this back through the proper Amazon channels now, they said they would arrange pick up for the item for the next day and when they received it I would be refunded. I waited in for 3 days, it is now the fourth day, no pick up arranged, no refund arranged, not heard any more from them. This has been terrible service for Anker. I have always bought their products but no more. Myself, my family and friends will not buy Anker products now after this. I am now stuck with this power bank that is faulty in my opinion as it is not charging my iPhone as it claims it should. Apparently from reading other reviews, this is not just me this has happened to. I’m afraid Anker customer services is terrible and has let myself and it seems other customers down badly.

Epic charger, high quality fast charging, wireless and wired. I run a test on this and got 26.68w, (this will differ based on the temperature) it’s charging as fast as my wireless charger at home, very impressive, solid build quality with reliable temperature control to protect your battery. A bit bulky but good for me, there is also a 5k slim version if you need a smaller one. Top product from Anker

After a month it stopped working. I bought it to provide back-up on a transatlantic trip. I used it once and it provided a very fast charge. That was the only time it worked as expected. Next time it only provided a trickle of a charge and yet the powerbank charge seemed to run down anyway. As I was away for a month I was outside a normal return period. Anker customer support very quick and offered full refund. Then withdrew the offer saying they offered it in error. Not impressed. I thought this was a decent brand but it seems that they are no better than the cheaper tat you can buy. It’s a lottery.

Item is actually ok. Unfortunately I read the compatibility as being ok for my iPhone. It’s ok for the iPhone 13, but I have an iPhone 13Mini which has a smaller and different internal battery. The mAh rating is different to the iPhone 13. Problem is the Anker packaging is security sealed so I can’t return it. I bought the power bank as a stop gap until I upgrade my phone, (current battery life is now poor). I’ll have to upgrade sooner than expected and probably use the Anker power bank on the upgrade assuming it’s compatible. You live and learn.

L’ho regalato al mio ragazzo e ne è rimasto molto contento! Anche se ha un Google Pixel, il power bank funziona perfettamente: si aggancia bene magneticamente e la ricarica è stabile e veloce. Fantastic Power Bank - super slim AND importantly, the magnetic hold is super strong EVEN with a thick protective case - make sure your case has the magsafe circle and bar and it will work perfectly. Great work Anker!

Light, easy to carry, less time to fully charge

The battery is made of the good quality..not that heavy .but I noticed that with charger it comes warm to hot sometimes .most of the batteries become hot with wireless charging
