I have taken alot of supplements "bodybuilding" over the years including injectable test, epi, ect... this product work about 1/4 through bottle I noticed overall felt better/healthier. I made my skin noticeably clearer "I have oily skin" over all it works. I take it with multivitamins/eating healthy and it is a noticeable difference when I don't take it for a week. "I tested to see if there was a difference " good product does what's it intended to do. Gives me my essential mineral I need to work construction every day. on my second bottle. you have to take it dailey consistently!

I purchased this brand after having purchased a different brand previously. Therefore this is only the second bottle of sea moss I have ever taken. I switched brands because the first one was causing my bowels to become very loose. However with that brand I also noticed after three or four days I was no longer having the crippling back ache that I’ve had for years. I was amazed that I could bend over and get up from sitting with no problem, but I couldn’t handle the negative side effect. Enter this brand, three weeks of taking it and no effects, good or bad, except the back pain is screaming as usual. I don’t know whether I can recommend this brand or not, for all I know it’s sawdust rather than sea moss. Only kidding of course, but I wish I could report on positives.

It's really hard to tell if vitamins are really working or not unless you do blood work or something like that but what I can't say is I have been taking these for about 4 or 5 months now and I definitely feel more energy when I'm taking them versus when I've stopped taking them for a week or 2. I definitely feel more tired and sluggish and I definitely recommend taking these. There are so many health benefits from taking simos and I really wanted it for my thyroid health plus just all the minerals that it provides to your body to great way to get those minerals in your body especially with all the bad stuff and food that we have nowadays it's good to have a balance and put natural healthy stuff in us.

Bought it for a customer and she really loved it. Her energy level was super increase and was easily digested she said

I only took this Sea Moss until it was gone. I didn't feel any different, but perhaps I didn't take it long enough to make a difference. I must say its was ease to swallow, and it didn't smell.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Kinda have a funny taste to it but it's probably the blaadderwrack in it but this is also a good supplement it you want to feel refined and healthy . Ingredients: Packed with the best minerals
