Broken Apps
I bought this phone 5 months ago and now the text messaging app isn't working and there's no way to send RCS messages. There are weird popup screens showing ads that make me wait 15 seconds every time I use an app. My instagram has been hacked and I think something in this phone is why. Worst phone I have ever bought, complete waste of money buy something else.

Didn't work
I read many reviews not just on Amazon but YouTube as well. The phone had mostly great reviews. Unfortunately it didn't work for me, I even took it to my Verizon store and they couldn't make it work either. I gave it to my daughter thinking that it was just Verizon. It didn't work for her either and she is with a different network. Neither of us could send or receive calls or messages. I unfortunately had to send it back. I'm not sure if the phone was broken or just not what they say but I wouldn't purchase it again.

Phone was slow, stylus almost non-functional, and after a month, a whitish streak showed up on display. I junked the phone, it was a waste of money.
