Very sturdy quality chair
Great quality chair. Very heavy duty. Very easy to operate. Works just great and very well made. Easy to move. Very sturdy and stable. Good value for price paid. Great overall lift chair.

Heavyweight lift ability
I have used the floor lift 3 times so far. It has work as described and is sturdy. I have had to lift a 300 pound person and no trouble doing that task. Battery came fully charged. That was a plus. Battery appears to display full charge still after the 3 up and down uses.

Perfect except for one thing
I really wanted to give this four and a half stars based on an issue Iโll explain below but otherwise, it deserves five. The chair came a little sooner than promised which was great as I really needed it. It was boxed very well and padded with closed foam which made it arrive in perfect shape. Upon operation, I found the lift mechanism to work very well and, contrary to some complaints in the reviews, it is not overly slow. I found it to raise at a good rate - not too slow or too fast. Now for the 1/2 starโฆ. I read in the reviews several people complaining about how hard it was to install the arms (the only assembly step necessary). I thought, how hard can it be to put in a couple of screws. Well, I found out. I got one side on with much difficulty but found the other arm impossible to line up the holes in the arm to the mounting bracket. The circled area in my attached picture of the arm rest butts up to the hinge mount which facilitates raising and lowering the arms. This area was just a tad too long and would not let the arm slide in far enough for the holes to align. Fortunately, I have a grinder in the garage and ground just a little off the edge which made installation easy. If yours wonโt align, this is the fix. ONE OTHER IMPORTANT THING. Upon purchase, I was charged $29.70 tax. This is a medical device and should be tax exempt. After contacting Amazon about this, the tax was refunded. So if you get charged tax, dispute it.

Easy to use.
I had to use it recently. The EMS used it too as the hall was to narrow for the gurney. Easy to use and worked great!

Powerful chair
This chair has been perfect for my elderly aunt. Setup was super easy โ I only had to screw in the armrests, and it was ready to use. The chair feels sturdy and comfortable, and the wheels make it easy to move between rooms. I also love that there are pockets on the back to store the controller, battery, and charger โ it keeps everything organized and within reach. The battery came fully charged, so it was ready to use right away.

Tilt hazard risk
Care giver must be behind. Backwards tilt potentially a hazard

Anti-tip bars make this the perfect chair lift
I think having a chair like this is a necessity dealing with family members falling and unable to get up. I do think the design is missing one important step, Anti-tip brackets. I removed the rear wheels and made 2 extended bars sticking out 7 inches, putting them in the slots where the rear wheel were. I added low prifile wheels in the back. Instead of bolting the 2 anti-tip brackets in, I used heavy cotter pins bolts, so I could remove the bars when storing. I am taking this chair lift with us traveling. It fits in a large suitcase when I take my brackets off. I found, prior to my fix, the chair would tip over backwards very easily. I didn't find it safe for 2 of my family members that I bought it for. Now I am not afraid to lift them up and roll them to a safe transfer area. A simple fix by the company could make this the best chair lift out there especially for plus size people that fall and need help.

Jaioyios Electric Chair Lift
Chair was easy to assemble with clear instructions but did require a little muscle due to weight of chair. That said that's what makes it sturdy. The operation was smooth and slow for safety reasons. Chair cushions were good quality. The 4 wheels make moving room to room easy and the 2 front ones have push pedal locks. Satisfied with product and a good value.
