Brilliant, tasty meal replacement that because I can't handle food at the moment am using this to maintain vitamins, minerals, fibre and hunger without overloading my system.. I mention what I was doing to my doc and he said OK. Personally I love all the flavours but I don't like their "lite" version because all I can taste is the sweetener yuk🤢 I really rate these ready made food drinks so now buy in bulk.

Great taste and keeps you full but pricey
This tastes really good and I think it even helped me beat chocolate cravings during the day. The texture is satisfying and it really does keep you full. It is a very convenient way to have breakfast on the go. I've given it four stars due to it being a bit on the expensive side though.
