When using a floor corker these things worked great. Using the handheld corker, however, proved difficult to get them into the bottle without warping them. I guess they are just a tad too large in diameter for that kind of corker.Update 4/21/2014I corked 150 bottles with these and I have opened about 40 of those bottles to consume the deliciousness within them in the past 6 months. Out of those 40 bottles, every cork remained tightly sealed except for one, which slid on into the wine as I tried to cork it. I will assume it was a fluke unless it happens again. I am making more wine this fall, so I'll update you again in a year or so to let you know if anything has changed... If I remember.

The top and bottom parts fall off when removing. But they stay in well before removing the cork

Very easy to put in with the Double Lever Corker. Soaked in work water while putting in. No sign of leakage

So far so good. Ask me again in about two years and I’ll let you know if they leaked.

Used it for making key chains for a wedding favors. They turned out nice but could not write the names on corks.

the grapes add a little something extra to the wine bottles when we open them in front of guests. to me, it's false advertising and I will not order from this vendor again

Used these for several batches of wine. Some corks do break up slightly at the edges but so far not a problem.
