Low restriction and reliability in everything they make. You just need to find the size that works for you. I am a 4x in shirts and these fit perfectly, however, to me, the lower arms on this long sleeve I find a bit tight, but I have large arms. I want comfort all the way around and expect my clothes to fit like a well worn Judo Gi. Do not hesitate to purchase anything from this brand, I have always had exceptional service if needed.
