Fun Express 12 Hawaiian Ruffled Simulated Silk Flower Leis Novelty (1 Dozen)

I bought these for my daughter's Hawaiian Luau and they were awesome! There were plenty of the to go around and they stood up to a group of 4-10 year olds. Only one of them broke, so we just used to the flowers as decorations on the table. I would buy them again, great deal for a good product.

This product was ok.It started to loose some of the ruffles though.not much but it had whisps floating about.It served its purpose, but I gave these out last.Pretty colors though.

I purchased these leis so that grandmas and grandpas in convalescent homes can wear them while my hula dance group perform for them. The flowers are made of thin "silk" and the leis are super light, definitely not a top-notch product for more formal occasions. However, the colors are beautiful, there are several different kinds in the pack, and they are perfect for my purpose.

These held up really well and looked nice if you double them up. A little sparse if using only one. I liked that they weren't big and bulky and the best part was they weren't itchy!! My family and I wore these to my company luau and we had a few compliments because the colors were so nice. It even rained (living in Washington that tends to happen lol) and they held up extremely well! I would buy these again if another Luau pops up! :0)

Based on the product description and photo, I expected to receive 1 dozen 36" leis in an assortment of realistic colors. However, only 1 in the pack is 36" long, while the rest are 30" – 40". I found the colors even more disappointing. First of all, several of the leis are rainbow colored and have significantly smaller flowers than the others, making them look completely out of place. I ran across these rainbow colored leis while shopping and specifically chose not to purchase them in favor of more realistic colors. Secondly, almost all of the realistic colors I did receive, with the exception of the 1 yellow & orange lei and 1 blue & white lei, are some combination of purple and pink so they look almost identical. A couple of the leis look like they're missing 30% of their flowers, so they look very bare next to the others. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact the seller directly so I'm going to have to return these and make another purchase, which is very frustrating. As another reviewer mentioned, these flowers shed like crazy. In the short time it took me to take them out of the package and check them all out, I ended up with little fibers all over my black pants. There are a few positives. The flower size of the realistically colored leis is about the same as most live flower leis and the colors are quite pretty. If I had received a better assortment of realistic colors (NOT rainbow colors) with more uniformity in number of flowers and length, I would've been quite satisfied. I'm not quite sure how to rate this product because I'm not sure where the problem occurred – with the manufacturer or with the seller. It seems as though someone had a huge pile of different size and color leis and just randomly grabbed 12 and stuffed them in a bag without paying attention to the product description. Note: The leis are very flat upon arrival. After spending the night looped over a hanger, they fluffed out nicely.

Yes these are cheap looking but what do you expect they are cheap! These are going to work great for the informal, fun summer luau we are planning. If you are looking for some simple cheap leis for a summer party these will work. If you want fancier beautiful leis, don't get these you are going to have to spend more.

These were pretty, but some fell apart. The kids would have been just as happy with cheap plastic leis, and so would my wallet. I would pass on these for the next luau.

These garlands were pretty, and much cheaper than what a store like party city will charge you (we tried to buy 7 or 8 and it came out to $30! No thanks...). Only downside to the flowers is they do shed lots of little silk threads everywhere, but it's not the end of the world. They do the job :)
