STAPLEXS-700-1HNL Long Reach Electric Stapler.

I bought one and, when it arrived, it worked, but would not staple half the advertised maximum sheets of paper without jamming or misfiring. Dealing with Staplex was a nightmare and it took three months to return and finally get a credit for it. Why would I pay $100 over list price and not have the ease of an Amazon return if I get another dud?
