Well when you are trying to attract business for a product you tend to do what is needed and feasible if you have the financial leeway. This tea has the potential to be a good ceremonial grade but there is something about the taste of it that makes me second guess that its 100%. Now all Ceremonial Grades aren't the same but there are distinguishing tastes that allow a true MATCHA Drinker know if its the real deal, subpar or subnahhhh. This brand had the vibrant color, the aroma is very light not too alluring and the taste although NOT bad but seems to be very mild in taste for a ceremonial grade. I can't put my finger on it but it seems the powder is mixed with something or it could simply be the processing of it. Would i recommend? For those on a budget I would. Would I purchase again? Yes, if im low on funds.
