Once it bunches next to your body, it can cause a trapped feeling. I am a restless sleeper who gets up for bathroom breaks often, so this blanket's weight and size made that very difficult. It would bunch up and trap. I followed the weight chart so chose the extra large. One less wide would be safer. This extra large seems to be more for a man.BEWARE: Once used, even once, item will not be returnable. I am attempting to return this and paid the shipping costs to return it. Still working on it but after 2 months, I'm still without a blanket.
