日付を自分で書き込む形なので、気が向いたときに日記をつけたい自分にはとても使いやすい日記帳です。見開きのページは4種類の柄が繰り返し印刷されています。もう少しページの柄にバリエーションがあると嬉しいのですが、どれも控えめで落ち着いたデザインなので夜日記を書くときに落ち着いた気分になれます。

柄が綺麗なので気に入りましたが、色が濃くて、その上に文字が重なると読めないので、書きたいことが長くなった時に、柄の上に書いてしまうのですが、ボールペンでも読みにくいです。

The illustrations in this journal are adorable and I love that there are two entries on each page. Each entry is seven lines long, but the start of the top line includes a date space (separated by paws!) so you treat it as a topper line and just count six. The paper is just as fountain-pen friendly as Midori paper usually is, although the cream colored pages will affect ink color. I recommend this for anybody who wants to journal and doesn't know how to fill a page or who wants just a small area to record daily affirmations, gratitude, a sentence a day, or something similar.
