I wear them just about every day that I work during the fall and winter months. It's a gem! I knew by the feel of it before I looked at it and tried it on that it was a hit! It's a heavy but thin sweater if that makes sense. Sleeve length was perfect, the silver buttons on the wrist area is just enough detail to make this a bit more stylish than just a casual cardigan. The color is true black, the length is perfect and the fit around my chest ( size 42D) and shoulder areas are nice too. It will be comfortable working in it. I have broad shoulders and sometimes the fit around my chest is too tight or doesn't hang right in the front, but this style does. It comes together perfectly in the front..it doesn't over lap and there's no gap where it's too small. It's very flattering too. Has a straight look to it. I'm going to order a few more in hopes that they all fit the same. I'm 5ft 4in tall and take an XL or XXL ( or 1X). I ordered an XXL.
