Its stayed pretty much consistent almost to the second that I timed it to coincide with my cell phone. The one thing I have noticed that would be nice if it had; when you pull the pin to set the time the second hand keeps ticking while you try to set the time. It would be nice if the second hand stopped as well when you set it. Otherwise it is fine.
