It was found that in the Grinder Jar the nut for changing the blade was very tight and not operational. Hence the product was returned.2. The Amazon has arranged to supply replacement in one day. This time it was found that on the motor cord plug one pin is missing. Further the knob on the lid of Chutney jar was found to be broken.
