Excellent Band.
I’ve been using exercise bands for a long time: this is the best band I have ever used. Why? Well, it isn’t “stretchy” like other bands. There is a nice consistent resistance to this band. It also a “rougher” texture on 1 side. This rough texture helps secure the band to your hands and feet. I take it everywhere I travel. A terrific gift, also. Just not for your wife on your anniversary.
