I originally purchased as they were a great price and have a 60 day guarantee if you dont like them. I need not worry about ever returning them as they really are an excellent mattress that gives a sound sleep every night. I didnt find the smell too bad after unpacking and it certainly cant be smelt after you have made the bed. The mattress does come rolled up in a vacuum pack which was great for me as I took them out to our house in Austria. I am a fairly light sleeper and I think I am sleeping better since transitioning to this mattress. I also have some back issues, but this has been firm enough that my back feels fine at the moment.- Doesn't have handles and is very heavy. I don't know why they didn't put handles on as this would be a big help.Overall - great for comfort, with a few small issues that meant I couldn't give 5 stars. The other option was one imported from Australia and id rather buy more locally sourced items. When it arraived it was well wrapped and didnt take long to get to the right size. Although others compained about the smell we didnt find it intrusive. I think we slept on it after a couple of days and had the window open during the day to freshen the room. The mattress is comfortable, we have had it for around 6 months and it is getting more comfortable the more it's slept in. We both like a firm mattress and this is perfect.
