Damping is really good. I believe it is good grade foam compared to other brands out there. Refer other reviews of the same brand at Amazon.in. The pieces that I received were not damaged. Though the delivery was a bit delayed.

it is not upto my expectations purple colour is not that same as in image it is darker and the size is also smaller not covering the whole space
