Value and Customer Service
Customer service is awesome and responsive. They called, yes on the phone, to let me know about my order status and delivery. Then they called again, after the sale to check and make sure everything was good to go. Fun fact: to program the preset position, press the button once. To recall the preset, press and hold for 2 seconds. If you order the theater multi seat option, remember to ask for the connecting bracket if your seats are on hard or wood floor where they may slide. Its not normally included. Not a big deal for us because they were quick and eager to respond and accommodate. The seats and chairs are comfortable and durable and easy to operate and put together. The table option thingy comes in handy, even works for lefties. Great product. Great quality. Great value. Outstanding customer service!

Very nice, thought it was a loveseat but is a theater seat setup. It work nicely as a loveseat.

Excellent leather sofa
This was a very pleasant experience. Purchased the leather sofa recliner and arrived early, then the seller called me to advise when the other box would arrive and the day of arrival the seller called again to confirm of the arrival as well to assure me that if I needed any assistance to reach out to them and also noted that they will call two days later to confirm that all is well. Also it was extremely easy to put together and the leather is top notch, comfortable seating and the controls to recline are easy to use and placed in a visible position . I’m definitely recommending this seller to my family and friends as it is quite difficult to find a seller that concerned about the buyer. 10 STARS!!!

Premium Theatre recliner
This is an excellent recliner. It has great lumbar support (at least for me) plush cushioning and very comfortable for just sitting straight up, semi-reclined or fully reclined. The only thing I wish I knew was that the recliner was being shipped from Canada, thus the $125 shipping charge.
