Many times I go straight to work from the gym and I usually have a separate tech/business bag in the car to take with me to work. This back can make it easier to go to gym and work and simply off-load the clothes in your car while taking this same bag to the office. It looks great with gym clothes as well as work clothes. You looks great with anything you wear anyway. So if versatility is important to you then this is a great back to satisfy that.I can't overstate or understand the quality of this bag. First the appeal - the material and the structural elements you cant see makes this sturdy and appealing. It is designed with 'minimal' and 'simplicity' and that's what I like. The handle is absolutely one part that also separate this from the ones I already have. It is firm, comfortable and not one of those strap -like handles that not only feel like the bag content is too heavy for the bag and its handle but it feels light to the grip. The design of the straps are unique. My other bags it felt like the contents are heavy against my back; not just the gravity weight but I have shoes and electronic accessories that often I feel are unevenly pounding against my back when I walk. This bag is designed to minimize that. I cant say if that was the intent but wearing this bag gives you that feeling against your back, a comfortable feeling that seem to distribute the weight from your back to your center almost.I read some concerns in the reviews if this was going to look too small or awkwardly big. I dont think that would be any problem with this bag. Because of the material and design the bag doesn't sag down with or without items. And it doesn't expand outward unless you have items inside so it will remain more compressed in form. This is very rare in other bags I have.Interior is very similar to two of my backpacks I use for hiking and business. Durable padding, I like that the interior color is not black or dark. Very easy to secure your laptop and devices and lots of room for everything.I do have only one confusion but I am not sure if this is what its suppose to be or maybe an error in design . . . hopefully the seller can explain here. You have the section for your laptop. Then next section where you can put clothes, files, or whatever . . . has the side compartment for USB charging. I've split this review into how I use the backpack and what the pros and cons are in different sections so you can read the section you find most helpful.How I use it:I'm a college student and I like to go to the gym right after my classes, because otherwise I won't go at all. Each day I pack my surface, school folders, and surface charger in the main compartment (closest to the straps) for all my classes. In the second compartment I pack a portable charger, my gym clothes (full outfit including shoes [size 8.5 shoes]), a towel, face cloth, and body wash (to shower after working out). In the front compartment I have my calculator, phone charger, and misc. school supplies. In the glasses compartment I have my glasses and some easy to get school supplies (a pen, a pencil, etc.). Finally, in the side pocket I usually have a water bottle. I pack my bag like this most day and I treat the backpack as you would any old backpack. With all this stuff in the bag it's got some weight to it and you'll feel it, but because I'm only ever walking short distances it's not enough to be bothersome. Sometimes I'll pack additional books and electronics instead of gym clothes if I need to go to a TA to help with a lab or assignment. Overall, I would highly recommend the backpack to anyone how needs the space and wants a quality backpack.Pros and Cons:-Space: has a lot of space so I can fit everything I need for the day-Charger: the charger works great (portable battery sold separately) and helpful with keeping my electrics charged for a full day of use-Durable: the fabric, zippers, backpack handle, etc. are all strong and very durable-Padding: the straps and back are well padded and designed so it fits well on your back-Aesthetic: I like the way it looks and it looks the way it does in the picture on the product page. If you like the way it looks in the picture, you'll like the way it looks in real life-Pockets: The side pockets for bottles are deep enough for a bottle to stay secured but very tight. If you pack the main compartment too much a bottle won't fit in the side-Charger: Early on I popped the external charger out of place, so note that that can happen.
