Can you use these for either foot ?

Would these work if I were to place them inside of boots?

I think they would work in a boot.

How do you make these stick to shoe? Mine never has, can anyone help?

Dr. Scholl's Ball of Foot insert has a bottom surface that is designed to be tacky so that it will stay in place during use. The tackiness of the insert can be compromised if the inside of the shoe is not wiped clean of debris before use. To restore tackiness, please use a clean sanitizing wipe on both the shoe insole, especially in the ball of foot area, and on the bottom of the Ball of Foot insert. This may help restore the tackiness to keep the insert in place during use. We do not normally put adhesive on the bottom of our inserts as that could complicate optimum placement.

How do these work with Dr. Scholl's arthritis insoles?? What are they suppose to attach to? and how do you know the precise placement??

they attach to the insole, but mine would not stick. I never got to use them.
