This product is very useful as temperature control works fine. Timer is useful, size of the product is good for small families like us. Sleek. Classic. Very portable. Top & bottom heating rods. Easy to use. Easy to wash. Instructional manual — small wordings & faded prints. It's baking ability is also good and it's valuable also.

This is the first time i am baking in this iven. It's big and nice. The cake seems to come out well. I have four rating because thebinstruction book was not very helpful norbwas there a recipe or cook book. Ibhad tongigurebout on my own. I am yet to trybthe rotisseroe. Once I use it iwill post my review. Overall it's worth the cost and once you get a hangbof the knobs you can become a pro yourself.

Absolutely one of the worst purchase experiences I’ve had on Amazon. The Wonderchef OTG (60L) purchased from RetailEZ Pvt Ltd was defective right out of the box. The fan was not working during the very first use. A technician visited and confirmed the issue, but even after a week, there has been no resolution, no follow-up, and no accountability from the company. Despite multiple calls to customer support and repeated follow-ups with the technician, the issue remains unresolved. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I also purchased a Nutri Blender from the same seller, RetailEZ Pvt Ltd, and faced similar quality issues. Products failing within days of purchase clearly shows poor quality checks, and the after-sales service is equally disappointing. Customers are left chasing support without any proper response. Strongly not recommended. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, think twice before buying from this seller or brand.

I recently purchased the Wonderchef 60L OTG, and overall, I’m quite happy with its performance. The oven arrived in good working condition, and all accessories were intact. It heats up quickly, bakes evenly, and the large 60L capacity is perfect for pizzas, cakes, and roasting. The 6-stage heat selection is convenient, and the build feels sturdy with a nice finish. However, I did notice a small dent on the right-top side of the oven on arrival. It doesn’t affect the functionality, but it’s a bit disappointing considering the price and brand reputation. Packaging could be improved to prevent such issues during delivery. Using this OTG in my kitchen from few days. My pizza and cookies come out nice. Temperature control works fine. Timer is useful, size of the product is good for small families.

Very nice product. Even quite easy to use, but for any new user it will take few weeks time (in some cases- few months) to get accustomed to use their OTG to full throttle. In the initial days food may not get cooked according to your need as the customer/user might think it as a microwave. But that's where the difference lies between a microwave & OTG !! Me too after 6 months of usage; am now an expert with cooking all sorts of delicacies! Items like cakes, biscuits, cookies, pizza, pie, as well as all baked items are very well cooked in this OTG. You just need to get accustomed to your OTG.... and once that period is over, you are an expert with cooking all sort of yummy delicacies!
