They are supposed to be very tight on the foot so there is absolutely no movement inside the shoe.To maintain maximum support and power, be sure to upgrade your shoes before the heel, toe, or soles wear out.It is also a good idea to have an emergency pair of cheerleading shoes as a backup, or to switch between, slowing wear on each pair. Review: Great cheer shoe, especially for flyers! They’re great for competitions, etc. Only downside to them is that the sizing is very off, which is somewhat expected considering they’re cheer shoes after all. I highly suggest that you size up, I only sized up one full size and they fit perfectly! Review: I purchased these in oct and they are torn. For $150 I think they should last longer
