Good but be careful.
Generally very good, comfortable and a good alternative to the soft material options which get dirty and smelly after multiple workouts. Only complaint, which is not insignificant, is that when I fit it on my Whoop, it fit so tightly, that I cannot remove the strap anymore, it is wedged on. I am ok wearing this strap full time, but I will need some tools to remove it it if I want to change it out...

It doesnโt fit in the Whoop 5.0. I tried fixing it, but the band went in halfway and got stuck. It took a long time to remove it.
