Could these panels stick well to wooden wall of my house?

Hi, thanks for asking. actually most of the double side adhesive tapes refuse to stick to the foam, but they are easy to stick to the wall including wooden wall. So we may need to take more attention to the foam itself, we conducted tens of tapes testing and finally we selected the one included in our foam package, they are really sticky to the foam. and without any concern of falling off after mounting onto the wall.

If put on the ceiling will it stop music noise bothering my neighbours above?
