I use it on hot days when I jog. The towel is amazing. I put it around my neck and it continues to keep me cool. If my body temp causes the towel to get warm, I just remove it, give it a snap(the same as your trying to get the dust out of a small rug) That action makes the towel cool again. I put it back on and keep jogging. I like to keep the kool towel around my neck and upper back. this location is next to the jugular veins. The coolness of the towel, cools the blood flowing to your brain. One negative is, as I jog, the towel doesn't stay close to the front of my neck. I have solved this problem by clipping the towel with a cloths pin, just below my adams apple. I put the cloths pin under the towel so it is not visible and I don't look like an idiot.. well, less of one..I have just ordered a 2nd Kool Towel,to keep in my car, just so I'm sure not without it during the summer months.I have looked at other towels that are for sale.
