2 Stars for “Easy To Remove” because it’s WATERPROOF and shouldn’t be easily removed.
I will never use another mascara I have tried SEVERAL waterproof mascara and there is NOTHING that compares to Lancôme!! It doesn’t budge once applied. Make sure and buy the Bi-Facil eye makeup remover. It works great at removing the mascara! Definitely not going to remove it with basic soap and water. But I love that in a waterproof mascara. Once you coat those lovely lashes with Lancome mascara (any of them), you probably won’t wear another brand again. And, excellent price for this stellar product.

Real or fake? NIB?
Received this product in a damaged Lancome box. The tube has scratch marks all over it and it wasn't hard to open the tube...Couldn't tell if it was used and I was skeptical about putting on my lashes. Waited a couple days and tried it. Product is ok no damage/infection to eyes.Waterproof - yesLongwear - mehCoats - okProbably will buy from Macy's or Ulta next time to ensure product is new and unused. 3.6 stars

Tube breaks
The actual products is great, but the tube broke at the top. Grabbed it out of my makeup bag (which stays on my bathroom counter) one morning and ended up with mascara all over my hand. The top part of the tube separated from the top and it’s now leaking when I pull the brush out. Have used this product for years and usually by it in the store, might have to go back to buying it in the store.
