Ballarini Como Forged Aluminum 3.8-qt Nonstick Saute Pan with Lid, Made in Italy

Only good for 300 F. in the oven.

My new favorite pan! I have an aluminum chicken fryer but got tired of food sticking etc. I had previously purchased a Ballerini frying pan and loved it so decided to purchase this one. It’s just as great if not better! Fried chicken, cube stead, round steak crisps up great and cooks evenly. I would prefer to wash in dishwasher but doesn’t take much time at all to wipe it out with a paper towel and quickly wash and dry. Great pan !

My favorite pan! Love the fully glass lid, the heaviness of the pan, and how much it holds.

UPDATE: I did exchange this pan and it was immediately replaced. I received it today. The handle was a little loose, but a screwdriver fixed that. Pan is in great shape, lid fits well. Very happy with how responsive the seller was to my issue. Glad to have a pan that I will love to use.ORIGINAL review: Pan arrived today. I have several other pieces of this Ballarini Como cookware and love them. This one is dented slightly, but the lid fits fine. I hate dealing with returns or exchanges, so I'll likely keep it. If it had been a gift to someone, then I would have returned it. The handle had protruded out of the product box a little, but it was packed inside of a shipping box fairly well. It's hard to know how the pan lost the completely round shape. I'm thankful that the lid seats well regardless of this issue.
