This is a great mix that goes on just about everything! We use it with eggs, potatoes, meats, beggies, etc.

Was having trouble finding in store as normally purchase at Target. Lifesaver! Found it on Amazon! Perfect seasoning to enhance flavor of everything! This replaced my go to everything bagel seasoning. Salt/pepper/garlic Yum!

It's mostly salt, but has a balanced mix of other ingredients to make the flavor more interesting than using only salt & pepper. It's more consistent and convenient than using separate seasonings. The flavor profile is different from bolder blends like "Montreal Steak Seasoning." I use different blends depending on my appetite at the time. I choose this one when don't want the seasoning to overpower my food. I apply it as if it were pure salt to get the flavor I want without making it too salty. I ordered the 6.5 oz bottle and received one with the "All Purpose Seasoning" label I'm familiar with (see photo), instead of the "Signature Seasonings" label depicted on the product page for that size. The "best if used by" date is nearly two years away, suggesting that it is a fresh bottle. Ingredients match the current product page listing: "Pink Himalayan Salt, Garlic, Onion, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Red Bell Pepper, Lemon Peel, Parsley & Garlic Oil."
