My legs and feet have been very swollen for 7 months. I had been very sedentary for a few years due to grief/depression. Then I broke my ankle and then my wrist. After getting all of the tests that the vascular surgeon ordered, he said to cut back on the sodium and to exercise. I started walking and replaced salt with No Salt alternative.
