I take it with tryptophan and vitamin d. I take it on alternate days as tryptophan. But vitamins d was constant. And it helped me a lot. With someone going through lot of stress i felt ok. Going to continue it. My regimen- monday,Wednesday,Friday,Sunday- ltyrosine + vitamin d Rest days- tryotophan+ vitamin d. All doses 1 tablets before bed after meal. All 3 of them are from now foods. Try it if you are struggling with stress,anxiety, unnecessary overthinking and you want to do better. All 3 costed me 5.5 k INR but i will last for 6 months minm

It's been a couple of weeks since I am using this supplement,and I have noticed absolutely nothing positive.Rather,I feel more sleepy and lethargic nowadays.My purpose for purchasing this product was to focus more on study because I am preparing for competitive exams,but now it seems that there is only chalk powder inside those capsules.I have not felt even a bit of improvement in mental alertness. Please note that I am a normal student and have never suffered from depression or anxiety.I took Tyrosine just on experiment basis.Unfortunately,the experiment has completely failed.Final word, l-tyrosine is completely worthless product if you are a normal guy.Don't waste your money.

Noticed changes in mood after taking these for few days. Start with 1 cap per day and increase as per how you feel. I have been taking 2/ day and have noticed positive mood throughout the day.You have to look into a healthy diet along with this as this is a supplement. However many brands offer the same at lower price, will try buying few well known companies to see if they work.
