Great for the price!
Bought this for hubby for Christmas. Loves riding around the neighborhood and feels safe on it. It’s a beautiful red and has all the bells(yes it does) and whistles. Quality is good and my friend said it wasn’t too hard to assemble! All in all happy with the purchase

Bike is great!
The bike itself is awesome. My son loves it and it was a perfect size for him. He is 5'1" and has balance issues. This bike provided the right stability that he was able to sit on it without it tipping over. We got him the darker blue color and the color was really nice. It had all the parts included. The basket came with these little aluminum plates that I guess your supposed to bend to keep the basket together but I didn't find it easy to do. The instructions weren't the best either. Some thing weren't very clear or the angle of the picture was blocking out useful assembly visuals. It took a total of about 4 hours total but there was two of us working on it. We had no experience putting bikes together, but managed to do it. Difficulty level of assembly was like a 4 out of 5 stars.

Purchased for an adult who could not adapt to a 2 wheeler but wanted to ride with family members

Quality control issue.
Delivery was quicker than stated, my problem was the rear assembly with the rear breaking system is completely off and is making the rear wheels have friction/binding issues. The bike is actually great outside of that. I ended up removing the rear breaking system and I’m relying on the front break instead. Better quality control with the rear assembly and breaking system alignment is necessary.

Nice bike but the assembly directions need revised
Arrived sooner than expected. The directions need to be revised. It was difficult to see what to do on some of the steps. I put it together myself but it took several hours. The front fender arrived bent. I took it for a test ride yesterday and I do like it. It shifts smoothly. I have vertigo so this bike will definitely help me be more active safely.
